There are times when something no longer fits.

Not necessarily because it’s wrong,

but because something within you,

or in the life you are living,

has begun to shift.

This is the threshold.

A space for slowing down,

understanding what is shifting,

and returning to greater alignment

with yourself

and your life.

What This Work Is

This work creates space

to slow down

and notice

what may be unfolding

beneath the surface.

The intention is

not to force change,

but to support awareness,

nervous system steadiness,

and a more conscious relationship

with what is already in motion.

Grounded in reflection,

relational understanding,

and respect for the complexity

of human experience.

Ways To Begin

1:1 Reflective Sessions

Practicing presence together

A structured, spacious setting for noticing what may be unfolding across the body, emotions, thoughts, relationships, and meaning over time.

These sessions are reflective and educational in nature.

They are not psychotherapy
or crisis services.

A limited number of spaces are available throughout the year.

The Turning Inward

A labyrinth experience

A guided small group walking experience for slowing down and becoming more aware of what is present.

The labyrinth offers a structured path inward, supporting reflection, attention, and nervous system settling.

There is nothing to solve. The movement itself becomes part of the process.

No experience needed.

The Return to Stillness

A forest immersion

A guided small group outdoor experience for stepping out of urgency and reconnecting with a slower rhythm.

Through walking, sensory awareness, and quiet reflection, the natural environment becomes part of the experience.

This may be supportive during periods of overstimulation, disconnection, or emotional fatigue.

Come as you are.

  • internal or external change

  • periods of transition or uncertainty

  • identity shifts or changing life structures

  • nervous system overwhelm or emotional fatigue

  • questions of meaning, direction, or alignment

  • disconnection from body, environment, or natural rhythms

  • a desire for slower, more reflective forms of support

  • immediate clinical intervention needs

  • diagnostic assessment or structured psychotherapy

  • intensive trauma-processing work

  • circumstances requiring higher levels of:

    • therapeutic care

    • psychiatric care

Thresholds of Self is a reflective, educational, and experiential space rather than a clinical treatment model.

Different forms of support serve different purposes at different times.

This work respects pacing, readiness, nervous system capacity, and the complexity of human experience.
